These are my photo's of Comet Neat, and my attempt to photograph the Leonid Meteor Shower.

This shot, taken on 9th Feb 03, shows the comet just above the horizon, with the lights of the Grange farms, & the snow, showing below.

This shot was taken on the same night, but shows the comet low & to the right. The Knock Moor Transmitter tower is to the left on the horizon, & the lights of Keith show below & to the left.

This shot was taken on the 18th Nov 02, at 03.45. To try and catch a meteor, I stopped down to f 5.6, and upped the exposure time from 30 to 120 secs. There was a strong wind, & a lot of cloud, so I needed shelter & luck. The storm was the most intense one I have ever seen.The 3 dashes centre are the handle stars of the Plough(Ursa Major)
